COOKIE…take a bite! uses USPS Priority Mail as our shipping provider of choice for our gourmet cookies and cookie gifts. Shipping timetables are subject to change depending on our shipping providers. However, we also offer UPS 2 Day Air for guaranteed delivery service.
We submit cookie order shipping Tuesday through Thursday. Orders submitted before or after this time period will be completed the following Tuesday.
COOKIE…take a bite! is not responsible for damaged or missing packages. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, it is the sender’s responsibility to cover the expenses for reshipment of a gift. Addresses must be compliant with USPS data. All items are subject to availability. In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value, at the same cost.
